摘要
The study conducted an investigation and analysis that about the mental health condition of the 285 workers who are out-of-town temporary in the construction site from Shenyang, Panjin, and Haicheng city in Liaoning Province. The state was measured by using Symptom Check List 90. The results showed that the migrant workers' mental health in Liaoning Province is poor. The survey shows that differences were significant between study group and Chinese norm for 9 factors, 9 factors of study group were significantly higher than norm in all age groups in Liaoning Province. (P < 0.001). And female temporary workers had higher scores of 8 factors than male migrant workers (P < 0. 05) and the syndrome in each age group have significant difference compared with the Chinese norm. All these are particularly evident in obsessive-compulsive. The leisure life of migrant workers in the construction site is more inclined to entertainment-and leisure-type stay almost no type of social model and improvement. In order to prevent the mental illness of migrant workers in the construction site and enhance their physical and mental health and provide the basis for carrying out occupational health prevention. Business, government and society should strengthen their education and attention about mental health of migrant workers in the construction site in Liaoning Province.
