摘要：

Fournier's gangrene is a rare high mortality infection that affects the subcutaneous tissue with a rapid progressive necrosis. The purpose is to share a case safety report of Fournier's gangrene involving the sacral region and its unusual evolution. The patient underwent on a series of surgical procedures and followed-up like an outpatient basis. This type of gangrene is an aggressive one and requires a prompt diagnosis (clinical laboratory correlation) with an appropriate surgical approach and clinical stabilisation.
