摘要：
Vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy is a common condition, faced by any gynecologist-obstetrician. The presence of subchorionic hematoma is blamed in a large percentage of these cases, increasing the risk of miscarriage in the first trimester and complications later in pregnancy. The present study is a case report of a woman with vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy due to subchorionic hematoma, that we encountered at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the General Hospital of Larissa.
