摘要
Background: When individuals are negatively influenced and stimulated by the external environment in their daily life, they may have certain psychological stress. If individuals can not adjust their own state in time to adapt to this psychological tension, individuals are prone to psychological imbalance, affecting their psychological health. Subjects and methods: The study uses a combination of comparative experiments and correlation analysis to analyze the role and effect of thought and political inculcation in improving the quality of university students' psychological health. The subjects were 40 university students with anxiety, who were randomly divided into test group and compare group for a two-month comparative experiment. Results: Students generally believe that the traditional education model is too old-fashioned and backward, which has little positive impact on their own psychological development. The average score of students ' satisfaction with the traditional education model is 1.26. The level of psychological anxiety of the subjects decreased significantly, which proved that the new thought and political inculcation model has an effective role in alleviating the psychological anxiety of university students. Conclusions: In order to strengthen the educational and psychological intervention functions of thought and political inculcation in universities, it is necessary to take the daily learning and living conditions of university students as the starting point, analyze the psychological and emotional needs of contemporary university students from the deep needs, so as to adjust the psychological emotions of problematic university students and solve the psychological health problems of university students.
