Research on Evolutionary Mechanism of Retailer Dominant Supply Chain with the Exogenous Force Intervention

In the retailer dominant supply chain, the unbalance power structure influences the coordination and the performance of the supply chain. The government makes the law to improve the relationship between the retailer and the supplier in the retailer dominant supply chain, however, which does not have good results. The paper employs the double groups' evolutionary model to demonstrate the equilibrium of the cooperation relationship between the retailer and supplier with the exogenous force intervention. The research shows that it does not coordinate the relation only relaying on the exogenous force intervention. The endogenous encouraging mechanism should be using to improve the relationship of the retailer and supplier.
