摘要：

Internationally, the WISC-IV is one of the most widely known intelligence tests. Certain aspects of the WISC-IV and its clinical and pedagogical importance (high ability assessment, achievement profiles of children of immigrant families) are discussed here. Furthermore, the article describes how cognitive performance depends on the parents' educational background and which examiner's mistakes occur most frequently.
