摘要
The eddy current displacement sensor is an analytical apparatus in the Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation system which can monitor rotating machinery features like vibration. It has abilities of good reliability, fast speed response and strong anti-interference. However, due to the limitations of measured dimensions and assembly space in the expansion error measuring procedures, a new kind of sensor, which has larger linear range but the same probe external diameter, need to be developed. In this paper, a new eddy current displacement sensor with large linear range is designed based on optimizations of measuring circuit. Theoretical analysis and experiments are also given in the paper.
