EVA is not only performance appraisal index, but also salary incentive mechanism of manager, so the paper connected EVA with performance appraisal, constructed the process model of performance appraisal based on EVA, then introduced performance appraisal index of EVA, made it merge into performance appraisal system of manager, and considered as the importance factor of performance appraisal, constructed performance appraisal system model of manager based on EVA, finally ,the manager performance is evaluated by weighting method and fuzzy mathematics method. With the aid of appraisal system, the disadvantage of single appraisal index is avoided, and the performance appraisal of manager is more comprehensive and accurate.
