摘要
Three odd-odd N = 73 isotones, namely Cs-128, La-130, and Pr-132, have been studied via (HI, chin gamma) reactions. In all three cases, DeltaI=1 side bands of the pih(11/2)nuh(11/2) yrast bands were discovered. This extends the systematic observation of nearly degenerate pih(11/2)nuh(11/2) doublet bands in the neighboring N = 75 isotones; these were interpreted as resulting from chiral symmetry breaking in the intrinsic body-fixed frame.
