摘要：
Knowledge becomes a decisive factor in economic development. This paper is based on knowledge as the general merchandise to transfer. Then, we study the process of knowledge transfer by using the principal-agent theory, and build the model of knowledge transfer. According to the analysis of the model, knowledge-sharing cost, knowledge-sharing environment, the infrastructure of information technology, the learning capacity, and cultural factors are considered to be the factors that affect the knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer among enterprises in supply chain.
