摘要
35 tons hydraulic overturning machine is the operating equipment that is mainly to make steel coil turn 90 degrees and keep steel coil change from vertical position to level position or on the reverse. Because the dead weight value of overturning machine is extreme and the coil's weight which needs to turn is very heavy, the strength of equipment that is a very important design parameter plays a decisive role in the device security. By using the finite element analysis function of COSMOS Works to analyze the strength of overturning machine, which simplifies the design process, improves the design reliability and has value for the design of steel coil overturning machine.
