摘要
In this text, the author makes a reflection about the contribution of the organization theory to the neoinstitutionnalist conception of the firm, by proceeding to a rereading of the works of O. Williamson. This borrowing, in contrast to others theories of the firm, permits to highlight numerous aspects of the firm, namely: the contractual nature of the firm, the nature of intrafirm conflict and the organizational dynamic of the firm. Moreover, the author studies the complementarities and the differences between this borrowing and another current of the organization theory, the strategic analysis one. This comparison leads us, as Williamson suggest, to build a "science of organization". Classification JEL : A12.
