摘要
It is well known that, electrical power distribution network (PDN) is a very complex dynamic system. In order to analyze instantaneous behavior of PDN, an efficient Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) simulation framework is required. In this paper a PDN model of substation of Guwahati city, India is presented for EMT analysis. The EMT problem formulation is based on trapezoidal integration for lumped network parameters. A comparative study on different iterative solvers used for EMT analysis is presented. Simulation results of these iterative solver and a direct solver (simulink) are also compared, to verify accuracy of the proposed model.
