摘要：
Transdural spinal cord herniation is uncommon and may occur after trauma or be iatrogenic or with no apparent cause. The herniation usually manifests as a Brown-Sequard syndrome with a slow progressive course. Accurate diagnosis will allow surgical reduction of the herniation and dural plastic repair with a consequent improvement of neurological symptoms. We describe the case of a young woman presenting with progressive Brown-Sequard syndrome.
