摘要
We present a new integrated photonic chip solution for coupling light to ultra-high quality factor (Q) crystalline microresonators, which is in the form of an index-matching suspended silica beam-waveguide. The scheme enables coupled Q-factors exceeding 100 million near critical coupling.
