Tailoring of spin-dependent excitonic interaction in quantum wells by an electric field

摘要：
We have studied the dynamics of a spin-polarised excitonic gas under the influence of an external electric field using time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy. This extends our previous investigations of spin-dependent excitonic interactions in semiconductor quantum wells and allows us to assess the relative importance of exchange and vertex corrections in the inter-excitonic interaction and to verify the predictions of a recently developed model.
