摘要
Considering the object-oriented modeling design of the IEC 61850 standard, this paper takes the traveling wave protection as a study case, and proposes the modeling and design method of traveling wave protection devices. To be specific, the data objects are clarified first to establish the entire information models and functional model services. According to IEC 61850, each of the traveling wave protection functions and the related functions is viewed as a logical node, and all the traveling wave protection functions are implemented through the information interaction between logical nodes. Also, considering the card pieces design principle, the hardware of a traveling wave protection device is divided into four cards, and each card is with the corresponding function. Further, ACSI service and device's configuration file of GOOSE service are introduced.
