摘要：

The voltage waveform during unclamped reverse recovery of pin diodes under an inductive load may exhibit oscillations during, not after reverse recovery. This phenomenon has been observed both experimentally and using coupled circuit and device simulations. A simple equivalent circuit model is used to explain the existence of these oscillations.
