The tuyere coke of Shougang No.4 BF is sampled and the length of sampling is longer than hearth radius. The relation of coke band length of raceway and actual blast speed, tuyere coke granularity and coke quality is analyzed, the relation of coal ratio and slag value, coke band length of raceway is discussed and the relation of actual blast speed, coal rate, tuyere coke granularity and charging is researched through the research results of coke sampling. The suggestion for coke load and upper and lower system reasonable adjustment is given through analyzing gas differencial pressure of hearth radial direction. The progress of technical and economic index is obviously after carrying out the suggestion.
