摘要
The critical channeling parameters, which determine the process of ion dechanneling from carbon nanotubes, are considered. Analytical expressions for the threshold total energy and critical transverse energy of channeled particles, their minimum distance to the channel walls, and the critical angles of channeling in chiral and nonchiral nanotubes are obtained.
