摘要
Intrabody communication is a wireless communication technology that allows personal devices to communicate each other by the signal that carries information flowing in the human body. Via this technology, a Body Area Network (BAN) can be constructed which makes the near-body devices share I/O, memory device and display easily, or enable people to exchange information securely and conveniently by touching or shaking hands. This technology is based on quasi-electrostatic field, which uses the modulating low frequency current signal flowing though the human body from the electrode of transmitter to the receivers. The current is very tiny (i.e., a nanoamp) and harmless to human health. In this paper, we researched a group of transmitter and receiver based on the intrabody communication technology, and evaluated the performance of the various communication component circuits. we used multilevel amplifiers and filters to improve the SNR (Signal to Noise Rate) to a reasonable level. We also made the electronic model of intrabody communication, emulated it, and compared the signal strength of emulating to the real measurement, trying to prove and find the main influences of SNR in the communication from theory and practice.
