摘要
In this work we report the synthesis, characterization and electrical transport properties of Mn doped YCrO3 nanoparticles prepared by sol-gel method. The formed nanoparticles are characterized by XRD, TEM and UV-vis spectroscopy. Dielectric permittivity and ac conductivity are measured within the temperature range 298-523 K and in the frequency range 20 Hz-1 MHz. The dc conductivity increases with the increasing temperature. The dielectric properties of the different samples have been explained with the help of electric modulus vector. Activation energy and band gap for different samples are also calculated.
