摘要
We experimentally demonstrated an all-optical leaky-integrate-and-fire (LIF) neuron which can perform half-sigmoid transfer function. The proposed all-optical LIF neuron can behave as an excitatory or inhibitory neuron by tuning the initial state of polarization. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
