摘要
In this paper, the problem of primary user detection in the presence of noise correlation, which is due to oversampling and imperfections in filtering in the receiver of Cognitive Radio, is considered. For this scenario, a new threshold is derived for detection of primary user based on maximum eigenvalue statistics by using the recent Random Matrix Theory results. A cooperative spectrum sensing is carried out by using the proposed threshold. Here the probability of detection is used to evaluate the spectrum sensing performance. Simulation results show that the new threshold improves the spectrum sensing performance under the correlated noise scenario.
