摘要:
As a promising anode material, iron matrix oxide is not widely used due to its complicated synthesis process, poor electrical conductivity and serious volume expansion. In this paper, the mesoporous Fe2O3/N-doped grapheme (Fe2O3/N-rGO) anode material was synthesized by hydrothermal one-step in-situ growth method. The presence of a porous structure and the introduction of a crimp n-go greatly improve the electrochemical performance of the composite electrode material Fe2O3/N-rGO. When Fe2O3/N-rGO is used as the anode of LIBs, the discharge specific capacity is maintained at 1072.5mAh g(-1) after 100 cycles at a current density of 0.1 C. And the discharge capacity still reaches 905.2mAh g(-1) even if the current density is as high as 1C after 250 times. As a result, the Fe2O3/N-rGO as an anode has a great potential for LIBs.
