Operator-based robust nonlinear control for a Peltier actuated process

摘要
The control system architecture on the Peltier actuated process is discussed. This system is composed of a Peltier actuated part, serial communication (RS232C) part interface and computers. The serial communication (RS232C) is a kind of communication interface between the personal computer and the micro computer. On the heat radiation side of the Peltier device, a heat sink is installed to prevent it from heating too much. When a power supply is applied to the Peltier device, the current flows under P type semiconductor through the upper electrode from under N type semiconductor. Energy moves opposite to this line with the electron. To achieve high control accuracy, operator-based robust nonlinear control for the experimental system is proposed by using robust right coprime factorization approach. For the MIMO nonlinear process, while trying to achieve each desired output, other inputs or outputs may act against the output, that is a coupling effect between subprocesses need to be considered.
