摘要
We studied the entanglement of a photon and an exciton in semiconductors. Our model shows a superhigh degree of entanglement between the exciton and the emitted photon, higher than that between the atom and the photon.(11) We obtained the simple analytical formulas for both R and K which are the specific parameters of the entanglement. We also investigated the dependence of entanglement on the main parameters of the exciton in semiconductors. These results are in a good agreement with previous works.
