摘要:
Metabolite profiling of wine provides important information for characterization of grape and winetypicity and quality. A brief overview on wine metabolite profiling using mass spectrometry technology is presented. Possibilities for application of metabolite profiling for winemaking and grapevine breeding in Bulgaria are pointed out.
