Application of GC-MS method for analysis of phenolic acids and their esters in chloroformic extracts from some taxons of Polygonum L. genus

摘要：

The fifteen phenolic acids and their esters in herbs of Polygonum lapathifolium L. sap. tomentosum (Shrank) Dans, Polygonum lapathifolium L. ssp. nodosum (Pers) Dans, Polygonum hydropiper L., Polygonum bistorta L., and Polygonum convolvulus L. were identified by gas chromatographic - mass spectrometric method. Among them, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid, 4-hydroxycinnamic acid, 3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid, and methyl esters of following acids: 4-hydroxybenzoic,4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic, and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic,3,4-dihydroxycinnamic were detected.
