摘要
Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) are important serological markers mostly for the small vessel systemic vasculitides. Numerous reports have established an interest for the combination of the indirect immunofluorescence (IFI) and the ELISA anti-PR3 and anti-MPO in such indication. However, conflicting results may exist between IFI and ELISA that require additional assays and such special measures are important to help and avoid clinical misinterpretation.
