摘要：

Among policies to promote enterprise innovation, industry policies have always been the core. However, with the introduction of Antitrust Law of People's Republic of China, the government has gradually realized some drawbacks of industrial policy and established the basic position of competition policies in promoting enterprise innovation. Researches of the author show that impacts of competition policies on technological innovation are mainly reflected in strengthening the enforcement of antitrust law and improving antitrust litigation mechanism.
