摘要：

The Mg-Al-Si system and Ca-Al-Si system are chosen to be the additive for the sintering of silicon nitride ceramics. Have designed the proportion, the low temperature sintering of silicon nitride ceramics is studied by choosing the chemical compositions on the eutectic point in the phase picture. It is found that the sintering temperature of silicon nitride ceramics can be lowered to 1600 degrees C, the bend strength can reach 600 MPa, and the hardness (HRA) can be 900MPa.
