The Dynamic Evaluation of University Students' General Quality Based on Subjective and Objective Information

In the use of the decision-maker's subjective information and the evaluation objects' objective information, a nonlinear multi-objective decision-making model has been applied to solve the synthesis weights of the evaluation indexes, in order to reflect the subjective and objective combination weighting thoughts. In contrast to a common evaluation method, most of the results of the evaluation object are more rational, and the final result easily influenced by subjective and objective weight. Accordingly, the subjective and objective weight could be set flexibly according to different professional characteristics and training target, so as to evaluate student's general quality more reasonably.
