Education and Ethical and Normative Practices in Genuine Culture - Referents for Considering Children to Be Legal Subjects

摘要
The article addresses substantive aspects of the conception of authentic culture in alternation with the culture of domination, from categories and criteria such as autonomy, freedom and the common good in the direction of childhood as a subject of law. Conceptually, it adopts references in the historical-theoretical order regarding the perspective of humanistic culture and the philosophy of education and law, foundations that are methodologically articulated with critical evaluations derived from empirical results in relation to ethical-normative practices in the infant education. The objective of this proposal is to offer guidelines aimed at harmonizing, within a framework of authority relations corresponding to children's age, between the demands of heteronomy and autonomy. As an added value, the political dimension, little systematized, of the conception of the child as a subject of law is integrated.
