摘要
Stress-induced martensitic transformation in NiTi may proceed in a Luders-type manner. This paper presents thermal analysis and TEM evidences of the presence of austenite after deformation to beyond the end of the Luders-type stress plateau, suggesting that the end of the stress plateau is not the end of the phase transformation.
