摘要
This paper constructs the policy effect evaluation system for Beijing cultural and creative industry, using entropy method to determine the weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze effect, and then put forward the suggestions. The results show that the policy of Beijing cultural and creative industry have played itself role, and whose implementation effect is well. But, from the view of rule of industrial development, the ideal of establishing policy of Beijing cultural and creative industry should be adjusted, and realize that through legislation the market is playing a decisive role in allocating resources.
