摘要：

The Core Competence of the Corporation is the stepping stone for the survival and development of a corporation, so the objective assessment to it can not only stimulate its development, but also can help the outside investors make reasonable capital investment decision. The authors of this article take the manufacturing industry of the two Stock Market, Shanghai and Shenzhen in China as the study sample, and adopt the factor analysis to construct the financial evaluation index system to evaluate its core competence over the two years of 2007 and 2008.
