摘要
The Integrated Load Management (ILM) system was conceptualized to reduce peak requirements on plants and optimize generation into their " sweet spots". With the aid of distributed generation and controllable loads, the ILM, a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) contributes to a reliable and environmentally oriented energy supply. This paper examines the implementation of a VPP based on Siemens Demand Response Management System (DRMS) and Decentralized Energy Management System (DEMS).
