Direct detection of multiple pesticides in honey by neutral desorption-extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

摘要
An analytical method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of residues of three kinds of organophosphorus insecticides and two kinds of carbamate insecticides in honey using neutral desorption-extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ND-EESI-MS) without any sample pretreatment. The detection limits of the assay ranged from 1.16 to 4.18 ng/g or the studied pesticides. The developed assay was linear over the concentration range of 20.00-1000.00 ng/mL, with correlation coefficients of more than 0.996, and the recoveries ranged between 87.00% and 114.98%, with RSD lower than 6.22% for all pesticides. The matrix effect for all of the pesticides showed signal suppression except for chlorpyrifos-methyl. This ND-EESI-MS method was proved to be effective for the detection of pesticide residues by analyzing eighteen kinds of commercial honey in this study. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
