摘要
This paper uncover the elements and factors that lead to high level of job satisfaction that leads to a high level of job satisfaction that results on employee productivity and organizational commitment of workers to stay on their job for a long term.. This study surveyed three hundred sixty six (366) combine employees in five (5) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) workplaces operating in Metro Manila. The findings revealed the direct and indirect relationship of job satisfaction on employee productivity and organizational commitment by the used of Structural Equation Model.
