Endocarditis from Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a rare cause of endocarditis with most of those cases in patients with intravenous drug abuse. The MitraClip (R) is a relatively new device with few incidences of endocarditis in the literature. Here we present the first reported case of pseudomonal endocarditis of a MitraClip (R) in a non-IV drug user. (c) 2019 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier Ltd.
