摘要
Hydride generation procedures for lead from rice samples has been described by using quartz tube atomizer directly heated up through the flame. A experimental design has been used as a strategy for evaluation of the effects of several parameters affecting the absorption efficiency and atomization efficiency from quartz tube atomizer. The effects of parameters such as a influence of the concentration of KBH4, hydrochloric acid and transition metal cations interference have been investigated. The minimization of transition metals interference on the determination of lead are eliminated by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry using K3Fe(CN)(6) and oxalic acid as masking agents was studied. The detection limits of is 0.025 ng-ml(-1). The recovery rate is 98.0%-103.0%, the relative standard deviation is 0.9%-2.3% and liner range is 0-50 ng-ml(-1). The accuracy of the method has been verified by using standard reference material from. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and excellent practical application.
