摘要:
Transition metal oxides especially manganese oxides are being intensively studied as candidate anode materials for next generation lithium ion batteries in high efficiency energy storage applications. In this paper, Mn3O4/CNTs composite is prepared via a facile one-step solvothermal method. The results of XRD and SEM showed that Mn3O4 uniformly coated on the surface of CNTs. It could deliver a reversible charge capacity of 809.9 mA h g(-1) at the current density of 40 mA g(-1), and the specific discharge capacity slightly increased from 644.2 mA h g(-1) to 796.1 mA h g(-1) after 50 cycles at a current density of 160 mA g(-1) demonstrating excellent cycling stability.
