摘要
With advances of technologies, the optical glass units are increasingly demanded together higher quality, due that the surface quality determines that of the entire optical instruments. The boron-silicon glass is studied in this paper using a self-made polishing machine as well as polishing film with various grain sizes. Through changing polishing speed and cooling method, the optimal polishing parameters of boron-silicon glass is speculated during the polishing process, which can simultaneously realize the high-efficient nano and green polishing. According to the results of experiment, a Web-based optimization database of polishing film parameters is established.
