18F-Choline and 18F-FDG PET/CT in a Patient With Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma and Recurrent Prostate Cancer

摘要：
We report herein the case of an 80-year-old man who was referred for a biochemical recurrence of a high-risk prostate cancer. In addition to prostate cancer recurrence, F-18-choline allowed partial initial staging of an incidental diffuse large B-cell lymphoma which was further confirmed and staged using F-18-FDG and a biopsy. Two types of metabolic behavior were therefore identified using F-18-choline and F-18-FDG which corresponded to 2 different uptake patterns, that is, those of the prostate and lymphoma tumoral cell contingents.
