摘要：
Post-operative intracranial aneurysm rests are encountered in 4 to 10% of patients undergoing postoperative angiography. Reoperation of postoperative aneurysm vests can be difficult and lend to significant morbidity and mortality. Endovascular treatment, using controlled detachable coils, was performed in 3 patients with such rests and proved successful as an alternative treatment of post-operative aneurysm rests.
