摘要：

In the process of Software development, the achievement of a reliable product is expected. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the quality level of the maintenance of this product during the production phase. This article presents the results of a study case where a GQM model was applied in order to build a group of metrics whose aim is an objective evaluation of the system maintainability. This was measured from the users' point of view and the metrics were based on the ISO/IEC 9126-3. The analysis allowed the identification of faults in the process, the evaluation of the team performance and also provided means to the precise calculation of the dimension of the maintenance team.
