摘要
Crop area planning plays an increasingly significant role with the continually reducing of available water resources. Based on the study region's current crop planting area, this study developed a multi-objective crop area planning model through integrated water-saving irrigation measures into the model. The multi-objective model was converted to a single by using the fraction programming, which could perfectly settle the tradeoff between benefit and water consumption matter. To solve the long term programming problem, 0-1 integer programming was introduced as well. This study decided which crop was suitable to use engineering water-saving irrigation. In order to decide each crop's annual area of engineering construction, the model set three levels of each crop's total planting area (5%, 10% and 12% for per year). The results exhibited wheat and flax were prior to be selected to carry out water-saving irrigation measures under the practical and designed conditions. Maize took the second place and potato and melon were not suitable to be chosen to meet the decision maker's demand.
