摘要
We have demonstrated the design of two types of on-chip optical logic gates in 2D silicon PC slab, which can support AND and XOR logic gate functions at different input frequencies. Different shapes of the center directional emitting cavity and different input/output directions can lead to different logic operations without nonlinearity or magnetism. More complicated logic networks can be built based on these integrated basic logic gates, which may lead us to construct on-chip large-scale logic circuits.
