摘要：

This paper constructs the hierarchical evaluation index system of practice teaching effectiveness, and calculates the index weight used the analytic hierarchy process, then establishes the evaluation model on practice teaching effectiveness based on the connotaion of practice teaching effectiveness in order to evaluate objectively effectiveness of practice teaching in economic and management profession. It shows that the evaluation model is scientific and reasonable to promote and advance effectiveness of practice teaching in economic and management profession when the evaluation model was applicated.
